Dan Ahuero who has served as President of GHX since it’s inception was appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors effective January 1, 2012. After five years with GE, he began his career in the hose and gasket industry as a salesman in Corpus Christi where he became a Branch Manager and then President. Dan serves in a leadership position in a number of industry organizations and is the past President of NAHAD, the premier industry organization, where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of national guideline standards for hose assembly. Dan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from The University of Texas in Austin.

Ben Andrews

Ben has served as Executive Vice President of GHX since it’s inception. Prior to that he was involved in the industry as VP of Development for over a decade. Ben has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of acquisitions, financing and more recently lean operations. He is responsible for acquisition activity. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA licensed to practice in Texas.

Nuala Cullinane

Nuala joined GHX in January, 2008. She is responsible for all human resources function and has over 20 years of HR experience. Prior to GHX, she worked for several companies including the University of Texas Medical Branch, El Paso Corporation and First Wave Marine. She obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Development from Steven’s Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.

Suzie Dahle

Suzie joined GHX in December 2011 as Vice President of Information Technology with a 26 year history in industrial distribution, services and light manufacturing. Suzie served 11 with DXP Enterprises, Inc and most recently held positions in the executive management team as the Senior Vice President of Technology and the Vice President of Strategic Solutions. Suzie is responsible for the entire Information Technology Team including network operations, business systems and related technologies. In 2004, Suzie received the Top Houston Women in Technology awarded by the Association for Women in Computing, Houston Chapter. Suzie studied Business Management and Communications at Montana State University.

Richard Harrison

Richard joined GHX in July 2008 as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for overseeing the Company’s sales and branch operations, as well as supply chain management. On January 1, 2012, he was appointed to President & CEO of GHX. Richard has over 30 years of sales and operating experience with several companies, including Cameron & Barkley, Vallen Safety Supply, and Hagemeyer North America. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia.

Dan joined GHX in August 2008 bringing with him over 25 years of experience in all aspects of corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining GHX, Dan spent 11 years with Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, serving as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for most of those years, and 14 years with Arthur Andersen LLP serving clients in a wide range of industries. Dan is responsible for managing GHX’s financial affairs including its finance, accounting, credit, tax and insurance. Dan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas.

Roy Torres

Roy has served as Vice President of Sourcing and Supply Chain for GHX since its formation. His responsibilities include product management, purchasing, inventory, visual merchandising and distribution. Prior to joining GHX, Roy had over 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket with Hi-Lo Auto Parts, and Transcom USA. Roy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Houston.
